Abstract

The era of Digital-Based Industry 4.0 has changed the company's strategic plans so that companies need to compete through increasing service innovation. To facilitate services for customers, Prodia Health Care creates a website and application to facilitate registration, payment, receipt of results and consultation where the current number of users is still low, so research is needed to analyze the factors that have an impact on Prodia customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to support service innovation towards customer satisfaction and improve the functional value and emotional value of Prodia Health Care customers. The path analysis method used as a method to study the influence and the big influence that occurs with a sample of 50 Prodia customers who have used digital services. The results of a positive and significant service innovation research on customer satisfaction, functional and emotional value have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. However, the indirect orientation of functional value is not greater than service innovation. This, which results in a digital evaluation of Prodia's Health Care services, needs to be optimized to support increased customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the motivation and work ethic of the performance of FF (Food Fair) Mall employees. The object of research is FF Mall Citraland Semarang employees. The sample used was 59 respondents who worked at FF Mall Citraland Semarang. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Regression results obtained with Y = 3,615 + 0,666 X1 + 0,338 X2. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of FF Mall Citraland Semarang employees. Work ethic has a significant effect on the performance of FF Mall Citraland Semarang employees. Motivation and work ethic together towards FF Mall Citraland Semarang Employee Performance.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus has limited consumers face-to-face transactions. It is an opportunity for increasing social media usage for online purchasing. This study aims to determine how consumers use social media applications on their smartphones to purchase groceries online during a period of large-scale social distancing due to the Covid-19 outbreak. By using PLS-SEM, this study examines the influence of usefulness, ease of use, social, and friends on the attitude of using social media applications on smartphones towards intention to purchase groceries online. This study found that perceived usefulness and ease of use had a positive effect on attitudes towards using social media applications on smartphones. There was a positive influence of social on attitudes towards the use of social media applications. However, friends did not affect attitudes towards the use of social media applications on smartphones. Attitudes towards the use of social media applications significantly influenced the intention to purchase online

Abstract

This research aims to determinate and analyze the influence of organizational culture “Basic Attitudes KLIK-Honest” (exogenous) as an independent variable on employee performance (endogenous) as the dependent variable in the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type B Banjarmasin. This research method use a questionnaire with 105 employees in the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type B Banjarmasin as respondents. The Measurement of variables used a Likert Scale with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To determine the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables, this study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis using AMOS 22.00. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variable, that the Organizational Culture of “Basic Attitudes KLIK-Honest” had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type B Banjarmasin

Abstract

The research objective is to provide an assessment of the effectiveness of the use of e-learning methods during the Covid 19 pandemic. Learning methods using e-learning began to be used when the corona virus outbreak became a global pandemic. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on 275 accounting students of the Diploma and Undergraduate Program of STIESIA Surabaya who carried out learning activities through e-learning. E-learning in the STIESIA Surabaya environment uses the address https://elearning.stiesia.ac.id. The online questionnaire was filled out by students via Google Form in the month of June and then processed and analyzed the data. There are 20 indicators as an assessment of effectiveness of learning. The results showed that e-learning was considered by students to be quite effective as a learning method. There are still many obstacles faced by students when doing online learning using e-learning. However, along with the development of information technology, e-learning is expected to improve understanding of learning materials and make learning more efficient

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to explain of the effect of the concept of optimal distinctive open innovation as mediation in relation to Person-Job Fit and employee engagement on innovation work behavior. The research uses quantitative methods with primary data and lecturers from private universities as the object of research. Data were collected using google form facility with a sample size of 190 lecturers. Measurement of variables using a likert scale of 1 to 7. Through structural equation modeling analysis it was concluded that the mediating effect on the hypothesized relationship was statistically significant. Thus the success-oriented way of thinking requires the expertise of employees to always create creative, superior and unique ideas. Higher Education must always pay attention to the principles of industrial management and professionalism in human resource management, in order to survive and develop. Superior skills produce superior performance, and superior skills are distinctiveness competences which are one of the assets for organizations to achieve positive advantages. The company's positional advantage is expressed by performance outcomes which include customer satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

Research to analyze tourist satisfaction factors is the development of research on customer satisfaction which is designed based on tourist perceptions. Using double-decker buses as transportation that connects one destination to another gives tourists the experience of visiting a destination. Analysis of the influence of service quality, facilities, and destination image on tourist satisfaction is the aim of this study. The questionnaires that met the requirements of purposive sampling were 178 respondents. The data were processed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results showed that all independent variables had a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. The factors that affect tourist satisfaction such as service quality, facilities, and destination image will contribute to the government in developing tourism, especially double-decker buses

Abstract

This study aims to examine project popularity and project information quality on the emotions felt by potential donors, as well as how these emotions can affect the trust and intention of donating potential donors on the crowdfunding platform. Data were collected through questionnaires on 130 undergraduate students in Surabaya, Indonesia. The participants have been actively using the internet and are aware of the crowdfunding platform itself. Through SEM analysis (PLS), the results show that project popularity and project information quality have a positive effect on positive emotion and have a negative effect on negative emotion. Furthermore, positive emotion has a positive effect on trust and negative emotion has a negative effect on trust. In the end, trust has a positive effect on the intention to donate. This study supports and extends the implementation of the stimulus-organismresponse (S-O-R) theory in the crowdfunding industry context. This study states that the intention to donate can be influenced by the trust of potential donors where their trust can be influenced by the emotions they feel and the emotions they feel can be influenced by the popularity of the project and the quality of information on a project.

Abstract

Accelerating national development requires a certain amount of foreign investment. Meanwhile, the state has an obligation to protect local business actors and workers who are clearly “threatened” by the influx of foreign investment. In fact, the entry of foreign investment is often accompanied by the entry of foreign workers (TKA) as one of the conditions for the entry of the intended investment. Ideally, foreign workers who enter Indonesia have higher qualifications than domestic workers so that they can carry out the process of transferring technology and / or transferring knowledge to local workers. In fact, many foreign workers who enter Indonesia do not have adequate qualifications, causing conflicts with local workers. These conflicts generally lead to a salary or wage gap that is not accompanied by superior competence. Based on this, this research is important to do in order to better understand the dilemma of placing foreign workers from the perspective of Human Resources (HR). This research is a descriptive study which analyzed qualitatively using secondary data and primary data. The results of this study are; disharmony between foreign workers and local workers is due to the lack of training for local workers. Meanwhile, the emergence of narrow nationalism among workers is caused by a lack of understanding of different cultures and values

Abstract

This research is a technical study of the existence of Kuala Namu Airport in Deli Serdang Regency which is surrounded by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs need to understand socio-economic mapping as a driving force for the development of Deli Serdang Regency and can play an important role in the existence of Kuala Namu Airport. This concept can be used as an indicator to provide useful solutions in increasing outputs and outcomes. The method used is a qualitative method which is transferred into a quantitative method to map the general potential of them around Kuala Namu Airport as many as 34 MSMEs. From the research results, the main problems of marketing in the Covid 19 pandemic era need to be resolved comprehensively and need assistance from the Government to conduct entrepreneurship training and business promotion based on go international
